About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Professional to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment services to support our business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volume recruitment and/or service set up projects, with a proven ability to apply best-practice recruitment and selection processes. You will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment, assessment, and selection process, providing hands-on guidance and support to review resumes, shortlist, and pre-screen candidates. You will also conduct phone screening and pre-interview assessments, coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and support hiring managers in developing effective Interview Guides.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support hiring managers in reviewing resumes, shortlisting, and pre-screening of candidates
  • Conduct phone screening and pre-interview assessments
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support hiring managers in developing effective Interview Guides
  • Participate in interviewing process as part of the panel as required
  • Conduct reference checks as required, and support hiring managers through this process
About You
  • Experience in volume recruitment and/or service set up projects, highly regarded
  • Proven capacity to apply best-practice recruitment and selection processes and effectively support hiring managers
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to be solution-focused and hands-on
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders
