We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Place Estate Agents. This is a full-time opportunity with a salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.

Job Description

The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for working in conjunction with our internal recruiter to manage recruitment efforts, including taking client briefs and participating in interviews. They will also be responsible for managing the employee onboarding process, developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, and administering employee offboarding processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the internal recruiter to coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings and candidate selection.
  • Manage the employee onboarding process, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and increase employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Administer employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth transition out of the company.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a HR administration or coordinator role.
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
