Recruitment Coordinator X 6 - Project Manager

PERSOLKELLY is a leading recruitment provider in Australia, delivering high-quality temporary and permanent solutions to clients across various industries.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team for a 5-6 month maximum term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing a large volume of roles, managing open vacancies, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the 2025 State Election project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage a large volume of roles, working closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage open vacancies, ensuring that recruitment activity is on track and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Phone screen candidates and roster them for specific roles, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to accommodate changes in staffing requirements and ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • Book candidates in for face-to-face training sessions and answer candidate queries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Volume recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and competing work demands.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to draft simple correspondence and outcomes of meetings.
  • Competence in the use of computers, including experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, databases, and online applications.
