As a key member of the Shred-X team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient collection and delivery of our recycling bins. With a strong focus on customer relationships and a commitment to sustainability, this role is perfect for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Deliver and collect recycling bins in a safe and timely manner, adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
  • Utilize PDA's effectively to navigate routes and ensure efficient delivery and collection services.
  • Load and unload vehicles, ensuring all materials are handled safely and securely.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure ongoing safety and compliance.
  • Complete online paperwork for each assigned delivery/collection, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years driving experience, with a valid Manual Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License and a good Driver History Record.
  • Strong customer focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Safe manual handling skills, with the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
  • Hard-working, punctual, and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, with a high level of attention to detail.
