Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Receptionist to join our Trades Recruitment team at our Victoria Park head-office. As the first point of contact, you will provide welcoming and professional customer services to all guests and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and positive manner.
- Manage a busy switchboard, including handling and accurately directing all incoming calls and phone messages.
- Be involved in the entire trades recruitment process and liaise with a large team of recruiters and recruitment leads.
- Manage various email accounts relating to candidate applications/enquiries.
- Manage candidate queries via internal recruitment portal.
- Data entry – update candidate records (tickets, licenses, and qualifications).
- Manage stationery and asset coordination.
- Coordinate local couriers and deliveries.
- Assist with sorting and distribution of incoming mail.
- Book and monitor meeting/interview rooms.
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Services department as required.
Requirements:
- Previous reception experience (preferably 1 year).
- Exposure in recruitment (blue collar in particular) would be beneficial.
- Confidence, energy, and a cheerful disposition – customer focus is key.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a broad range of candidates.
- Ability to work autonomously with flexibility to offer assistance to a large team of recruiters.
