As a Disability Employment Specialist, you'll empower individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to become work-ready and find sustainable employment. A nationwide network offers support at over 400 sites, with your base at our Auburn site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Help job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Enhance job seekers' capacity through training and other support services
  • Create and implement joint job plans with job seekers for a clear pathway to employment
  • Build connections with local employers and community organizations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Full-time commitment from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
