Disability Employment Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Disability Employment Consultant to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their career goals and improve their overall wellbeing.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Assist job seekers in identifying their skills and securing employment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
  • Create and implement joint job plans to support a clear pathway to employment
  • BUILD relationships with local employers and community organisations
Required Skills and Qualifications
