Job Title:

A pivotal role in shaping government decisions and driving performance management through the Queensland Government Performance Management Framework policy.

About the Role

The Performance Unit plays a central role in supporting the Premier and Cabinet by providing strategic advice and working collaboratively with Queensland agencies to drive government decisions. The unit is also responsible for leading responsive action to improve agency performance management through the Queensland Government Performance Management Framework policy (PMF).

Your Key Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to drive implementation of the PMF by providing advice and guidance to Queensland Government agencies on planning, measuring and monitoring performance, and reporting.
