Job Title: Director of Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Endava. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

About the Role:

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of business development experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Demonstrable experience selling IT Professional Services, with a strong understanding of the Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Travel industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience

Travel Requirements:

This role requires occasional travel, both locally and internationally, to perform the duties of the role. A valid passport and driving license are required, and the ability to travel in working hours as needed.
