About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Partner Sales to join our team at Obsidian Security. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive account/territory plan to drive revenue growth in your region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, and develop opportunity-generating partnerships with key partners
  • Provide technical training to partners to ensure they can effectively position and sell our solutions
  • Coordinate demand generation marketing efforts and mutual business planning
  • Recruit and develop new partner relationships to drive new business and access to new vertical and technology markets
  • Drive regular cadence of account mapping sessions with partners and sales teams to drive net-new accounts and new opportunities in existing accounts
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales/channel experience
  • Working knowledge of sales and channel concepts, methods, and techniques
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent work experience
