As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and servicing their requirements to develop potential revenue streams. You will also be involved in identifying new leads, generating new accounts, and creating and presenting business proposals to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Source and negotiate rates to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Development or Account Management role within a Freight Forwarding organization
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation to achieve success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
