Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR records, files, and databases
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics
- Manage HR information systems (HRIS)
- Assist with recruitment
- Coordinate various HR processes, including performance appraisals, training, and employee engagement
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
