Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR records, files, and databases
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics
  • Manage HR information systems (HRIS)
  • Assist with recruitment
  • Coordinate various HR processes, including performance appraisals, training, and employee engagement
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
