Hotel Operations Manager Job

Job Summary:

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations:
    • Check-in and check-out guests, manage room assignments, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Process payments, handle complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance:
    • Oversee housekeeping staff to maintain rooms to high standards.
    • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime.
  • Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise front desk and housekeeping staff.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficiency and productivity.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor revenue.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure prompt response to inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
