About the Role

As a Conferencing & Events Supervisor, you'll support the Conference & Events Manager in leading a dynamic team, ensuring smooth operations across our stunning event spaces. You'll oversee event set-ups, coordinate staff, and deliver outstanding service, while also stepping in to support our Food & Beverage outlets during quieter event periods. This is a casual position averaging 35+ hours per week, offering flexibility while giving you the opportunity to work across a variety of events and outlets.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support the Conferencing & Events team to deliver seamless, high-quality events.
  • Oversee set-up, service, and pack-down of event spaces in line with event orders.
  • Ensure timely food & beverage delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate across resort outlets, assisting F&B operations as required.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and engaged workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year in a Food & Beverage Supervisor role (4/5-star resort or hotel preferred).
  • Strong experience in conferences and events.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Multi-outlet and a la carte service experience.
  • NSW RSA and a valid driver's licence.
