We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales leadership, commercial strategy, and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth, building relationships with key stakeholders, and mentoring sales teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet ambitious growth targets, identifying new markets and distribution opportunities, and leading negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, zoos, wildlife parks, aquariums, breeders, and specialty retailers.
- Identify new markets and distribution opportunities, including international expansion.
- Lead negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Mentor and guide a sales team to drive performance through clear KPIs.
- Collaborate with product, nutrition, and logistics teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory developments to shape strategy.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in animal nutrition, agribusiness, pet food, or exotic animal feed markets.
- Experience in international markets and distributor management is highly desirable.
- Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering growth.
- Passion for animals, wildlife, and conservation, with the ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear, customer-focused way.
