Exotic Animal Feed Executive Position

This executive role involves leading a team responsible for providing exotic animal feed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with zoos, wildlife parks, aquariums, breeders, and specialty retailers.
  • Identify new markets and distribution opportunities, including international expansion.
  • Negotiate key accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Mentor and guide a sales team, driving performance through clear KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product, nutrition, and logistics teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
Requirements:
  • 10–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven success in animal nutrition, agribusiness, pet food, or exotic animal feed sectors.
  • Experience in international markets and distributor management is highly beneficial.
  • Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering growth.
  • Passion for animals, conservation, and wildlife, with the ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly and customer-centrically.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
