Animal Nutrition Business Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Animal Nutrition Business Leader to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead commercial strategy across Australia and beyond.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in animal nutrition, agribusiness, pet food, or exotic animal feed markets.
The Animal Nutrition Business Leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions, monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory developments to shape strategy.
Requirements- 10–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in animal nutrition, agribusiness, pet food, or exotic animal feed markets.
- Experience in international markets and distributor management is highly desirable.
- Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering growth.
- Possession for animals, wildlife, and conservation, with the ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear, customer-focused way.
