As a financial operations specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts payable function. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and take on this key responsibility.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices to our vendors. You will be responsible for managing the AP inbox, document workflow, and responding to vendor queries in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be tasked with entering accounts payable invoices, conducting weekly and monthly vendor payment runs, and reconciling vendor statements.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience working with large volumes of data and be able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures, as well as experience with Microsoft Excel and other financial software systems. About Your Skills

  • Financial software experience including Sage X3 would be advantageous.
