We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Leadership Role in Trauma Support.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled leader to make a meaningful impact in supporting individuals impacted by trauma. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of trauma-informed services and driving innovative responses to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in social work or psychology, with eligibility for membership of the AASW or registration by AHPRA;
  • Proven experience in leadership and staff management, with a track record of success in managing teams focused on trauma support;
  • Excellent networking, advocacy, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strategic partnerships;
  • A results-driven approach, with a proven ability to drive innovation and meet targets.
