Trauma Management Specialist

Join a leading mental health services provider in Melbourne to support clients through critical incidents and crisis counselling. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and experienced psychologists, social workers, and counsellors to make a meaningful impact.

This role involves providing rapid response services using psychological first aid and other trauma-specific interventions. You will work with diverse clients, delivering one-on-one trauma support and group sessions.

  • Provide psychosocial interventions and support to individuals affected by trauma
  • Assess workplace issues and identify suitable intervention programs
  • Deliver solution-focused advice to achieve agreed outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide comprehensive support

Key Requirements
  • Experience in providing psychosocial interventions and support

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity for registered psychologists, social workers, and counsellors to join our national trauma response team. You will work from home or office, with flexible working arrangements available.
