Green Bean Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Green Bean Inventory Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of green beans to our roastery.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the inventory of green beans, ensuring that all bins, bags, and pallets are accurately labelled and accounted for. This includes loading hoppers/Jacky bins with green beans in accordance with safety standards and SOPs, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment within the warehouse and roastery.
In addition to your inventory management duties, you will also be responsible for picking and storing Jacky bins in the roastery to ensure continuous operations. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all deliveries are completed in Sage, and that all orders are picked on time and in full. Furthermore, you will ensure that all inbound green bean deliveries are checked and recorded daily.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a keen eye for detail and a pride in precision. You should be a team player who is prepared to get involved for a team result. A love for coffee and a willingness to learn how to roast the Campos way is also essential.
We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience with RF scanning, as well as valid and unlimited AU working rights. Physically strong individuals who can regularly lift or move up to 20kg independently are also preferred.
