Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically strong individual to assist with the inventory management of our green beans.

The successful candidate will ensure all green beans are loaded into hoppers and stored for roasting in accordance with documented processes, maintaining food safety and quality standards.

This role involves operating a forklift/walk behind stacker and maintaining a clean and safe working environment within the warehouse and roastery.

  • Ensure accurate labelling and accounting of containers, bulk bags, small bags, and pallets.
  • Load hoppers/containers with green beans safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain consistent supply of green beans to the roastery.
  • Pick and store containers in the roastery to ensure continuous operations.
