About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Motor Claims Consultant to join our team.
- You have experience in motor insurance or a similar background.
- You possess excellent interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills.
- You are PC literate with database and Microsoft Office skills.
- You have outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- You are a self-motivated individual who can work autonomously.
You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of Motor Claims, ensuring that claims are settled within client service instructions, company guidelines and delegated authority while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Managing the entire life cycle of the claims process end to end.
- Reviewing and understanding claim documents and reports to make coverage decisions.
- Liaising with government agencies, contractors, repairers and loss adjusters via phone and email to provide excellent customer service and expedite the claims to closure.
- Resolving complaints in accordance with company guidelines.
- Achieving monthly quality and productivity targets.
