Job Opportunity:

We seek an experienced professional to lead business readiness and ensure successful change adoption across multiple workstreams.

This role involves leading and coordinating change management activities, conducting impact assessments, and facilitating communication and collaboration between diverse teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Change Manager or Business Readiness Lead on large-scale programs, with strong ability to influence without direct authority and manage competing priorities.

A background in telecommunications or technical/field service operations is highly desirable (or a quick learner with strong change credentials).

The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding structured change management principles and processes into delivery, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
