Strategic Software Advisor

The primary role of this position is to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring the optimal utilization and satisfaction with software investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, driving the adoption and renewal of our software offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Managers and Service delivery Managers to ensure seamless client engagement.
  • Develop and implement customized software success plans that promote accelerated software usage and feature adoption, aligning efforts with clients' business objectives.
  • Provide regular training programs to guide clients on utilizing specific software features, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure regular business reviews are conducted to demonstrate the value of our solutions and report success metrics back to our organization.
Other Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with vendors and stakeholders to advocate on behalf of and support client success.
  • Develop and execute technology adoption programs in consultation with Sales Specialists and GTM Practice.
  • Engage closely with Presales, Consulting, and Technical Services team members to ensure effective client engagement and resource leverage.
  • Implement a structured governance framework with clients, capturing key success criteria to be covered in meeting cadence.
  • Maintain a good understanding of vendor incentives and be accountable for realizing associated rewards.
Requirements:
  • Advanced experience in software lifecycle management, client relationship building, and technology adoption.
  • Strong understanding of software products and services, including their features and benefits.
  • Ability to develop and execute technology adoption programs, work closely with cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with clients.
