About the Role

Step into a pivotal role driving change management for key strategic projects in a dynamic regulatory environment. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will provide hands-on delivery and expert strategic advice on change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and embedding of new ways of working across the organisation.
You'll be the go-to for change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications, working closely with leadership and communications teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic change management advice and hands-on support for technology and business projects
  • Lead change impact assessments and develop tailored change responses
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement change management materials, tools, and presentations
  • Manage internal stakeholder communications and engagement activities
  • Coach project leads to uplift change management capability
  • Embed change management frameworks and tools for ongoing success
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record delivering transformational change, with a focus on adoption, benefits realisation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in change management across technology and business projects, preferably in regulated environments
  • Strong skills in developing, documenting, and evaluating change strategies and tools
  • Ability to build effective, collaborative relationships and influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with experience advising senior management on complex change issues
  • Change management certification or equivalent practical experience is required
  • Project/program management or business process improvement experience is a plus
