We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Change Manager to work within our Business Improvement Team in South Brisbane. This role involves leading change management strategies for a multi-country ERP implementation, shaping how thousands of employees across diverse regions adopt new systems and processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Leading end-to-end change management planning and execution
2. Engaging stakeholders across multiple countries, cultures, and businesses
3. Designing and delivering communication, stakeholder, sponsor, and reinforcement plans to support adoption
4. Monitoring change readiness, adoption metrics, resistance trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly
5. Developing stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, business readiness, and transition plans
6. Delivering effective communication and engagement strategies in collaboration with each business
7. Identifying risks, removing barriers, and supporting a smooth transition to new ways of working

About You

- Proven experience managing change for large-scale ERP implementations (essential)
- Degree qualified in a related field
- Minimum six years' experience in project change management, cross-cultural stakeholder engagement, and internal communication
- Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments
- Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, APMG)
- A people-first mindset with a passion for enabling adoption
