Electrical Maintenance Professional

You are invited to apply for a permanent role as an Electrical Maintenance Professional in our manufacturing facility based in Eagle Farm. We deliver high-quality products across multiple sectors, with over 40 years of experience.

This is a hands-on position that covers both preventive and breakdown maintenance, working with a wide range of equipment from fully automated Industry 4.0 machinery to traditional tools. You will be responsible for executing daily corrective and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily corrective and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Identify and diagnose faults, taking appropriate corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding equipment performance and recommend improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, participating in root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Install electrical systems and components for new equipment setups.
  • Minimize production downtime by delivering efficient preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation and maintenance records as per company guidelines.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards in all repair and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Current QLD Electrical Licence and trade qualifications.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with PLC fault-finding (preferred but not essential).
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and a team player.
  • Motivated to learn, upskill, and mentor apprentices.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
