About the Role
Due to a growing pipeline of infrastructure projects, we're on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Services team based in Hendra.
In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact electrical infrastructure projects from scheduling and OH&S to resource management, handover and commissioning.
You'll be working on exciting builds across roads, rail, industrial sites, subdivisions and more.
You'll be trusted to:

Manage multiple sites and contractors to ensure delivery on-time and within scope
Lead QA, OH&S and environmental compliance with confidence
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Maintain progress reporting and documentation using Microsoft Project and Excel
Plan and allocate resources, suppliers, and labour effectively to hit key milestones

What You'll Bring

Electrical trade qualification (essential)
Demonstrated project management experience on large commercial and/or industrial builds
Knowledge of complex 3-phase installations and reading network/circuitry diagrams
Experience with HV and/or automation/control systems (desirable)
Ability to scope, quote and plan projects of varying sizes
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and client-facing communication
The drive to lead from the front and deliver above expectations
IT and system literacy across project planning and reporting tools
