Precinct Services Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Precinct Services Officer to join our team at St Paul's Catholic College, Manly. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support to our staff, students, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presents a professional image for all visitors to the Precinct/College
  • Assists with the preparation of internal and external publications
  • Coordinates Precinct/College functions and events
  • Manages stationery ordering and electronic filing/scanning of records
  • Maintains a tidy and professional presentation of the foyer and administration area
  • Provides administrative support to ensure an effective and efficient administration office
  • Assists with scheduling appointments and provides administrative support as directed
  • Fulfils the role for emergency procedures as outlined in the Emergency Management Plan
  • Maintains student health information displays and medical action plans
  • Carries out the duties of the Primary First Aid Officer for the College
  • Handles telephone and email enquiries professionally and redirects calls/emails to the appropriate staff
  • Manages visitor attendance registers and ensures compliance with family access, court orders, and duty of care obligations
