  • Manage clinical assessments to develop and evaluate individualised care plans based on residents' needs.
  • Drive clinical documentation excellence, including AN-ACC assessments, to optimise funding and care quality.
  • Coach and mentor your team to ensure confidence and capability in delivering holistic, person-focused care.
  • Handle incidents and feedback professionally and empathetically, turning challenges into growth opportunities.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels and skill mix to meet resident needs.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

To be successful, you will have:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
  • Leadership or management experience in residential aged care.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care legislation, Quality Standards, and the AN-ACC funding model.
  • An empathetic, proactive, and collaborative communication style.
  • The ability to build trust with residents, families, and staff, leading with integrity.
  • Confidence in managing people, processes, and change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership in developing and influencing effective teams.

Key Requirements
  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
