
Nurse - Resident Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse to join our team in a nursing home located in the Bristol area. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide personalized care and support to residents with complex needs, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Take charge of resident care, coordinating medication administration, wound management, and other clinical tasks as required.
- Lead by example, mentoring and guiding colleagues to achieve high standards of care delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain accurate records and develop effective care plans tailored to individual residents' needs.
- Monitor and manage chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes and hypertension, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts and teams.
Applicants must hold a current active NMC Pin, demonstrating their registration as a Registered General Nurse. A strong track record of providing excellent patient care and experience working within a fast-paced nursing environment is essential.
