Creative Vision and Execution Leader

The overall creative vision and execution of the brand, across product, campaigns, digital, and community. This role sets the creative bar, ensuring everything feels premium, purposeful, playful, and aligned with the mission to help people enjoy the restorative power of nature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving and evolving the creative direction across product, inspiration, and community.
  • Maintaining a consistent brand style, tone of voice, and visual language across digital, packaging, retail, film, gear, apparel, community – everything.
  • Leading creative development of product launches, community initiatives, and seasonal campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Directing high-profile creative outputs – art direction, shoot direction, film/story development, design – and modeling expectations of excellence.
  • Inspiring and mentoring the creative team – producers, designers, filmmakers, freelancers – and providing feedback that elevates quality and builds capability.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years creative leadership experience, ideally in lifestyle, outdoor, fashion, or consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to build and evolve a brand's visual language across multiple touchpoints (product, digital, campaigns, packaging, retail).
  • Strong design sensibility with the ability to art direct across mediums.
  • Possess highly developed organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without losing quality.
  • Have a passion for the outdoors and belief in its power to restore the human spirit.
