About the role

Creative Landscaping Services is seeking an experienced Landscaper and Garden Maintenance professional to join our team in Balcatta, WA. This full-time role will see you working as part of a dedicated team to maintain and enhance the landscaping and gardens of our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out general garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
  • Planting and caring for a variety of plants, shrubs, and trees
  • Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools
  • Assisting with installation and construction of landscape features
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Adhering to all health and safety standards

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar landscaping or gardening role
  • Strong practical skills and knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscaping techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • Passion for creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces
