Lead Art and Creative Education

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our art and creative education programs. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Victorian curriculum and have proven experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing art and creative industries programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Art and Creative Industries curriculum and program.
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of high-quality, engaging art and creative education to secondary school students.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of art and creative industries teachers.
  • Foster a creative and collaborative learning environment that encourages student innovation and exploration.
  • Coordinate art exhibitions, performances, and other creative showcases to celebrate student achievements.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline.
  • Proven experience teaching at the secondary school level.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, managing, and developing a high-performing art and creative industries program and team.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Victorian curriculum and experience in curriculum development and implementation.
