Lead Art and Creative Education
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our art and creative education programs. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Victorian curriculum and have proven experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing art and creative industries programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Art and Creative Industries curriculum and program.
Manage and oversee the delivery of high-quality, engaging art and creative education to secondary school students.
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of art and creative industries teachers.
Foster a creative and collaborative learning environment that encourages student innovation and exploration.
Coordinate art exhibitions, performances, and other creative showcases to celebrate student achievements.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline.
Proven experience teaching at the secondary school level.
Demonstrated success in leading, managing, and developing a high-performing art and creative industries program and team.
Excellent knowledge of the Victorian curriculum and experience in curriculum development and implementation.
