The Role: Assistant Manager

This exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Venue Manager in successfully operating a multimillion-dollar business. You will implement venue operations on a day-to-day basis by leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Venue Manager in achieving financial and business targets
  • Lead and develop a large multi-skilled team
  • Implement venue operations effectively

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role, ideally working across food, bars, and gaming
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Operational experience to assist the Venue Manager achieve financial and business targets
