About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Governance and Reporting Manager to join our Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) Risk Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact reports and insights to the Board, senior committees, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with technical reporting analysts to develop new reporting interfaces or enhance existing ones.
  • Provide support on automated reporting systems replacing manual methods.

  • Embed a regular operational reporting cycle (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly).
Requirements
  • Proven background in credit risk analysis, reporting, or governance.
  • Proficient in Excel/VBA, SharePoint, and Tableau.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and convey complex information effectively.
  • Adept at stakeholder management, developing presentations, and communicating with confidence.
  • Track record of successful collaboration with diverse teams and oversight of reporting processes.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of credit risk management principles, risk concepts, and processes; familiarity with Institutional and Business Banking operations and products is advantageous.
  • Desirable: Technical expertise in R, R-Shiny, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
