About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Governance Specialist to join our Privilege Access Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring controls, embedding standards and practices supporting Cyber Security, risk management, and establishing structured governance practices.

You will work closely with our technology, operational risk, and Macquarie business operations teams to represent privilege access management in cross-divisional initiatives and lead governance efforts to meet regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and testing technology risk controls through regulatory, internal, external audits, or IT security reviews
  • Developing metrics supporting risk, compliance, and progress monitoring
  • Driving insights through analysis and challenging the resolution of audit and review outcomes

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in process designing and testing technology risk controls, technical and data analysis, and an ability to learn quickly and apply past patterns of learning.

You should have familiarity with the technology landscape, infrastructure, identity management, and analytics, as well as experience in operationalising, designing risk frameworks, transformational change, and technology implementation.

Additionally, you should have project management and facilitation skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a passion for innovation, a sense of curiosity, creativity, customer experience focus, and motivation to grow your career.
