Administrative Assistant
About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide top-notch support and assistance to our valued customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and emails, ensuring customer service objectives are achieved.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining robust customer relationships. Your dedication to delivering exceptional service will directly contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound customer calls and emails to ensure customer service objectives are achieved
- Making outbound customer calls and emails to organise and confirm order status and deliveries
- Process orders efficiently using our systems, ensuring seamless transactions
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
- Address customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction
