  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all activities, adhering to compliance and contractual requirements.
  • Deliver outstanding service at every stage of the process to participants, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support by delivering continuous education and support to both participants and employers.

About You:

  • Experience in supporting people with disabilities, understanding the importance of lived experience and person-centred support.
  • A natural communication style with attentive listening skills.
  • Energised by supporting individuals to reach their goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • High level of interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Competence using various technical platforms/systems.
  • Goal-focused and able to seek solutions.
  • Awareness of the challenges faced during job searching and the effects of unemployment.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Valid Driver Licence.
