We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in a part-time role at Monash Children's Hospital. The successful candidate will provide an exceptional standard of customer service to patients, families, and colleagues, both face-to-face and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality customer service to people you interact with face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Utilizing various software systems to support your work and assist consumers.
  • Ensuring timely, complete and accurate entry of data and details when admitting and updating patient details into a range of systems.
Requirements
