We are seeking a professional and proactive Property Information Specialist to update data with key property information for our Commercial Property Management team.

The successful candidate will bring a mature approach, excellent communication, and organisational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

- Updating databases with relevant property information and compliance records

- Collating property documentation for risk assessments and compliance checklists

- Entering supplier contract information into systems on behalf of Property and Facilities Managers

- Auditing database and contracts for accuracy and compliance

- Liaising with contractors and tenants as required

- Ensuring copies of reports, correspondence, and outgoing documentation are kept on file

Requirements:

We require the ideal candidate to have:

- Tertiary qualifications in property, business, or a related discipline

- Excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit

- Exceptional organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Good financial literacy and customer service ethic
