Regional Enablement Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned regional enablement specialist to execute and localise global enablement strategies across various teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary enablement liaison to align enablement efforts with business objectives and team needs.
  • Localise global enablement programs for regional markets while ensuring consistency with corporate strategy.
  • Own field readiness, onboarding, and ongoing development programs across all roles.

Onboarding and Ramp Acceleration:
  • Manage the onboarding experience for new hires in the region.
  • Customise onboarding timelines, content, and certification requirements to reflect regional dynamics.
  • Partner with HR, L&D, and Sales to ensure timely readiness milestones and ramp metrics.

Sales Coaching and Skill Development:
  • Drive skill adoption and serve as the regional administrator.
  • Facilitate coaching cadences, performance reviews, and development planning with frontline Sales Managers.
  • Track team-level coaching activity and use data to support performance improvement initiatives.

Program Execution and Methodology Deployment:
  • Coordinate enablement execution for product launches, sales campaigns, and methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger).
  • Ensure regional participation in quarterly readiness events and SKO.
  • Deliver role-specific training aligned to sales process stages and regional go-to-market strategies.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track onboarding KPIs, coaching engagement, pipeline progression, forecast accuracy, and win/loss trends.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Sales Leaders to provide actionable performance insights and drive targeted enablement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Act as a regional liaison between Sales, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and L&D to align programs and tool usage.
  • Maintain and localise content across enablement platforms to support just-in-time learning.
