Driving Revenue Growth through Strategic Enablement

Job Description

The role of Digital Enablement Manager is pivotal in driving results-based enablement programs that onboard and up-level our digital sales and business development representatives to become experts in their roles, thereby delivering on set financial targets. As a key player in the APAC/Japan region, you will work closely with regional digital leadership and managers, specifically sales and business development management, to identify and prioritize enablement initiatives in support of corporate and regional objectives and priorities.

Key responsibilities include driving feedback from the region into global programs, managing a team of digital enablement trainers for the region, and collaborating with regional global enablement peers on programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for building customer success focus in regional sales organizations and advocating for enablement programs in the region.

As a strategic advisor and business partner to Digital GTM in APAC/Japan, you will provide guidance on revenue growth targets and build region-specific enablement plans. You will also partner with senior directors and global program leads to ensure real-time feedback on what is needed for digital roles in APAC/Japan and input to global enablement programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to garner support for new ideas and initiatives are also essential. Proven success in scoping, designing, and implementing strategic enablement programs is crucial, as well as the ability to identify and resolve roadblocks through collaboration and communication.

A minimum of 2-5 years' experience managing regional enablement teams is required, along with experience in enterprise enablement in APAC/Japan. In-depth understanding of sales and technical delivery teams, strong analytical capabilities, and ability to define metrics and look at results delivered are also necessary. Travel requirements within the region and some international travel may apply.
