Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking applications from recent engineering graduates or those completing their final semester. Our two-year Graduate program provides exposure to project delivery teams and structured learning in four key areas:
- Pre-contracts & Estimating
- Design Coordination
- Commercial
- Site-based Engineering
You will be embedded in project development teams, working on landmark projects like the Townsville University Hospital Expansion. You will also benefit from ongoing mentoring and support from experienced professionals.
Qualifications and SkillsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- Tertiary qualifications in an Engineering related subject (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) and/or Construction related subject.
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
- Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and decision-making skills.
- Able to operate in a high-pressure environment.
- High level of professionalism, maturity, candour, and confidentiality.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including:
- $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
