New Graduate Speech Pathologist Role

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a motivated New Graduate Speech Pathologist to join our team in far North Queensland. This exciting opportunity offers a tailored caseload, weekly supervision, and peer support.

As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will have the chance to work with both paediatric and adult clients, with a gradual increase in your caseload over six months. You will also enjoy flexible working hours, the option to work from home, and a travel allowance or company car.

Our structured 12-month new graduate program is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to succeed in your role. You will be paired with a senior speech pathologist for guidance and support, and spend the first two weeks shadowing them before taking on your own caseload.

We foster a positive and social culture within our team, with annual team building days, quarterly social events, and a strong sense of community. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role that will help you grow as a speech pathologist, we encourage you to apply.

  • Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 + Super
