This exciting two-year rotational Graduate program will provide you with exposure and structured learning within four foundations of project delivery:

  • Pre-contracts & Estimating
  • Design Coordination
  • Commercial
  • Site-based Engineering

You will be fully embedded into project development and delivery teams, working on notable landmark projects like the Townsville University Hospital Expansion, while benefiting from ongoing mentoring and support from industry experts.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in an Engineering related subject (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) and/or Construction related subject.
  • A strong ability to communicate, influence, and build effective relationships at all levels of the business with a particular focus on internal customer relationships.
  • The capacity to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills.
  • The ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
  • A proven level of professionalism, maturity, candour, and confidentiality in daily work ethic.
