Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This two-year rotational Graduate program will provide you with exposure and structured learning within four foundations of project delivery:

  • Pre-contracts & Estimating
  • Design Coordination
  • Commercial
  • SITE-based Engineering

You will be fully embedded into project development and delivery teams, working on exciting landmark projects including the Townsville University Hospital Expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in an Engineering-related subject (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) and/or Construction-related subject.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments.
  • A high level of professionalism, maturity, candour, and confidentiality in your daily work ethic.
