An exciting role is available for a professional seeking to make a difference in the lives of children. As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Outside School Hours Care program, ensuring that every child receives optimal care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Collaborate with staff to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
